We may, however, aggregate and anonymize non-personal data (such as exercise routines) to improve our service or share with other users for educational and community purposes.
Client users can provide access to trainers. Trainers will have permission to view and manage exercise-related data but will not have access to any of your personal data, such as name, birthdate, height, or weight.
We collect email addresses for account management and authentication purposes. We will not contact users for marketing purposes nor will we share or sell email addresses to any third parties.
We may aggregate exercise, workout, and routine data that users create for the purpose of enhancing our service. This aggregated data will not include any personal information and may be made available to other users to help them improve their workouts.
While we take measures to secure and safeguard your data, we are not responsible for any accidental loss or deletion of user data. Users are encouraged to maintain their own backups of important information.
Our application offers a subscription-based model for accessing premium features. While some features are available for free, full access to advanced features, such as additional exercise customization, unlimited workout routines, and trainer integration, is restricted to paying users.
Non-Paying Users: If you are using the free tier, certain features or capabilities of the application may be unavailable. We reserve the right to retract or limit access to certain features for non-paying users.
Subscription Terms: Subscriptions to premium features are processed through Stripe. You are responsible for managing and canceling your subscription directly via Stripe.com. Failure to terminate the subscription will result in recurring charges.
Subscription Cancellation: To avoid future charges, users must cancel their subscription through Stripe before the next billing cycle. Refunds will not be provided for unused portions of subscription periods.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after changes have been made indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
